After almost two years of work, the governor’s commission on climate change has laid out a detailed plan for how Vermont can reduce greenhouse gas emissions by 25% in five years; a new initiative will be launched in the next few months to give small food and craft producers in central Vermont a place to produce their products, and to sell them; Vermont and New Hampshire are competing to become the home to a growing company in the alternative energy field.
