The peregrine falcon population in Vermont has recovered enough that wildlife officials are looking for help monitoring the birds; a bill calling for an independent inspection at the Vermont Yankee nuclear plant before it is re-licensed is up for final approval in the Vermont Senate this week; there’s some good news about Vermont’s air quality; the Vermont House and Senate are busy this week debating a number of initiatives that were drafted just before lawmakers took their Town Meeting break;
