Michael Dwyer named teacher of the year

A high school social studies and English teacher in Brandon is Vermont’s 2004 teacher of the year. Michael Dwyer is a teacher at Otter Valley Union High School. He was chosen from eight nominees around the state. As the Teacher of the Year, Dwyer will visit schools around Vermont and work with teachers.
