Eye on the Sky meteorologist Chris Bouchard loves thunderstorms, so it only seems natural that he would be interested in tornadoes as well.

Vermont is not especially well known for rotating clouds, so this spring, Bouchard spent nearly seven weeks working with the Center for Severe Weather Research chasing twisters.

Working with researcher Josh Wurman and others on the "Radar Observations of Tornadoes and Thunderstorms Experiment", better known as ROTATE 2012, Chris Bouchard went in search of some of nature’s most powerful storms.
