Two federal health officials are coming to Vermont to give senior citizens a briefing on new Medicare benefits and efforts to combat Medicare fraud.
Representatives from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services and U.S. Department of Health and Human Services will host the forum on the Affordable Care Act. They say the act is preventing fraud, and ensuring that beneficiaries get the best care.
Sponsored by Vermont Interfaith Action, the forum will be held at 1:30 p.m. tomorrow, at the Unitarian Church of Montpelier.
