A Mad River Sled company is taking off.
Mad River Sled Company says it’s seeing solid growth in sales of its Mad River Rocket sleds, and that this year’s early snows haven’t hurt a bit.
The sleds are built of heavy-duty molded plastic and designed for users to kneel on pads and zip down the hill.
They range in price from $50 for children’s models to up to $275 for the high-end adult version.
