Lynch rejects NH Senate run; Hodes thinking about it

New Hampshire Governor John Lynch is putting an end to speculation he will run for the U.S. Senate in 2010.

But Congressman Paul Hodes is seriously thinking about it.

Lynch said yesterday he isn’t interested in being a senator and is going to focus on being governor. He would not say if he plans to run for a fourth term as governor.

Hodes said he’s seriously considering running for Senate but his immediate focus is on the nation’s economic crisis and helping New Hampshire’s middle class families recover from it.
