Voters in Ludlow will get a second chance to weigh in on a proposed zoning amendment that would allow Okemo Mountain Resort to build more than 300 condominiums.
124 people signed a petition requesting a revote on the Jackson Gore Recreational District. That revote will be scheduled within the next 60 days.
If approved, the 166-acre district would have up to 326 condominiums and eight buildings with 50 acres of recreational land.
