(Host) A popular local television personality has passed away.

Stuart Hall joined WCAX Channel 3 in 1954, just two months after the station went on the air. He was perhaps best-known as a weatherman, but over the years he held a number of other jobs as well.

Stuart Hall passed away Sunday morning at the age of 90.

Long-time WCAX news director and anchor Marselis Parsons shares some of his memories of Stuart Hall.
