Dr. William Hsiao’s presented his findings and made his recommendation for fixing Vermont’s health care system. He said a public/private single-payer system would be the best option.
House Health Care Chairman Mark Larson says that Dr. Hsiao did provide an honest assessment of the state’s current situation and that, while there are some positives, something substantial must be done.
