In Haiti, the four senators and two House members will visit U.S.-supported relief projects and meet with government officials, humanitarian aid workers and U.S. embassy officers. They also will deliver clothes and toiletries to a woman’s shelter that were donated by the mother of Vermonter Flo McGarrell, who died in the 2010 earthquake in Haiti.

The delegation will also meet with government officials and civil society leaders and others in Cuba and Columbia during the five-day trip.
