Lawmakers must return to Montpelier

Vermont’s Constitution says lawmakers have to return to Montpelier next week to respond to a veto by Governor James Douglas. Lawmakers will be back in the capital on Wednesday to see if they want to try to muster the two-thirds majorities they would need to overturn Douglas’ veto of a bill having to do with car insurance.
