Land deal involves 500 acres near Killington

A real estate firm based in Killington and Atlanta has bought a stake in almost 500 acres near the Killington ski resort.
S.P. Land Company plans to proceed with development plans at the Killington and Bear Mountain areas. An official at the Killington resort said the deal provides the resources to proceed with a master plan development that was approved four years ago.
