A man accused of kidnapping and killing his niece will enter a plea of not guilty Wednesday in federal court.

Michael Jacques, 42, of Randolph, has decided not to appear at his arraignment.

Jacques is accused in the death of Brooke Bennett, 12, of Braintree. Bennett disappeared June 25 and was found dead a week later.

Jacques, a convicted sex offender, is also charged with possession of child pornography.
