The man accused of kidnapping and killing Brooke Bennett, is due in court Wednesday to face new charges filed last week.
An arraignment has been set in U.S. District Court for Michael Jacques of Randolph, who is accused in the death of his niece. Bennett disappeared June 25 and was found dead a week later.
Jacques is a convicted sex offender. He is also charged with possession of child pornography.
It’s unclear whether he will enter a plea before Judge William Sessions.
