(Delaney) Sometime this spring, C & S Wholesale Grocers of Brattleboro will decide whether to move its headquarters operation across the Connecticut River to Keene, New Hampshire.
Brattleboro is trying hard to keep the 400 or more jobs in town, and Keene is trying to attract them. Guy MacMillan has been watching the struggle from his vantage point as editorial page editor of the Keen Sentinel.
