Vermont needs more nurses. That’s the message that will be driven home in a forum taking place in Rutland today, and candidates for statewide office will be listening. Republicans Richard Tarrant and Martha Rainville will attend the forum this morning, and Democrat Peter Welch is expected to hear a similar discussion next week in Berlin.
