(Mitch Wertlieb) Attorney Paul Reiber has been practicing law in Rutland County for more than 25 years, and now he’ll be donning a judicial robe to preside over some of Vermont’s most critical legal issues after Governor Jim Douglas named him to fill a vacancy on the Vermont Supreme Court, a seat that’s been vacant for the past eight months.
