The Grafton Conference is a yearly forum that was created as a way for Vermonters to talk about policy issues affecting everyone in the state.
Now, more than 20 years since its inception, people are looking back and taking stock of the Grafton Conference, its successes and challenges.
Stephan Morse is President of the Windham Foundation, which established the conference in the 1980’s. He spoke with VPR’s Neal Charnoff about it.
