(Mitch Wertlieb) A social studies teacher in Brattleboro is marking this Veterans Day with a special project that educates students in a very personal way about veterans and their role in serving the country. Bill Holiday of the Brattleboro Union High School has solicited students to recognize a special veteran of their choice, and in doing so, learn about the history of the armed services in the United States.
