What is it really like to be the son or daughter of an American President? How do the progeny of the most well known figures in history handle the pressures and expectations of a curious public and the sometimes relentless media? These questions will be answered by some of the people who lived through the experience in a symposium next week at the Hildene and Equinox resort in Manchester called “In the Shadow of Greatness: The Lives of Presidential Children.”
Seth Bongartz is Hildene’s Executive Drector. He recently spoke with Mitch Wertlieb about the symposium.
