On Friday, Robert DeCormier the conductor will be honored for his contributions to music at a ceremony at the Statehouse. Robert DeCormier is the conductor of “Counterpoint” he is a former arranger for Peter Paul and Mary and he’s tried to bridge the gap between classical music and folk music.
