(Host) Republican presidential candidate John McCain will be in Vermont on Saturday to hold a press conference in Canaan. He plans to highlight a number of issues involving the Vermont-Canadian border.
Prior to his visit, VPRs Bob Kinzel had a chance to talk with McCain about border issues, the Iraq War and Vermont’s presidential primary.
McCain, who’s a senator from Arizona, says it’s important to recognize that many of the Canadian border issues are quite different from the concerns on the southern border with Mexico.
