(Mitch Wertlieb) Fundamental changes to Vermont’s Act 250 may be on the horizon. The state’s Environmental Board has voted to move ahead with proposed reforms and has sent them along to the Legislature. VPR’s John Dillon has been tracking this story and joins us now in the studio to talk about the possible impact if the changes to Act 250 are approved.
