(Mitch Wertlieb) Obesity versus the food System – that’s the underlying theme of the 2003 George D. Aiken Lecture series, which takes place Saturday at the University of Vermont. This year’s event, titled “Who Chooses the Food You Eat?” will look at the issue of obesity, and the politics of food. One of the people behind the lecture series is Rachel Johnson, dean of the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences at UVM. She joins us now, good morning.
