New England will look bigger and more colorful in 2007 at least in the pages of one of the region’s most venerable journals.
Yankee Magazine is published in Dublin, New Hampshire, and is hitting the ground of the New Year running with a makeover.
Mel Allen, not to be confused with the late host of This Week In Baseball, is the newly named editor of Yankee Magazine, and he’s been writing for the magazine for almost 3 decades.
Allen says part of the change is really a case of what’s old being new again. Readers of the magazine that’s been chronicling the way of life in New England since 1935, will notice a difference right away this year. He spoke with Mitch Wertlieb about the changes.
