Vermont Attorney General William Sorrell will meet today with Bishop Kenneth Angell to discuss the charges of child sexual abuse against catholic priests in Vermont. An important third presence in that meeting will be William Young, the Commissioner of the Department of Social and Rehabilitation Services.
