A new book from investigative journalists David and Amy Goodman takes aim at what they call collusion between the Bush Administration and the mainstream press. Static accuses the government of manipulating and fabricating news. It also maintains that the media has promoted the agenda of politicians, while excluding voices of dissent.
David Goodman is the author of six books, and a contributor to Mother Jones magazine. He lives in Waterbury and spoke with Neal Charnoff about his book.
David and Amy Goodman will be appearing at The Old Labor Hall in Barre, Sunday at 12:30.
