David Budbill’s play, “Judevine” returns to Vermont to open Lost Nation Theater’s 2007 season. Adapted from Budbill’s poetry collection, of the same name, the play takes place in the fictional town of “Judevine”. It’s a hardscrabble, rural town in northern Vermont where unemployment and loneliness contrast with the beauty of the surroundings and the spirit of the town’s inhabitants.
