It’s no surprise if you’re already suffering from Election 2008 fatigue a year before the campaigns really start to heat up.

With every election cycle, the season seems to start earlier, and grows more chaotic. Just ask folks in New Hampshire. That’s where a panel discussion will take place tomorrow night at Dartmouth College.

It’s called “Reporting on the Primaries: There has to be a Better Way to Pick a President.”

The moderator of that forum will be Pulitzer prize-winning author Ron Suskind. He spoke with VPR’s Mitch Wertlieb and says when it comes to Presidential primaries and the media covering them, the tail is definitely wagging the dog.
