An effort to close the gap between the people who produce food and the public that consumes it is underway in Barre. Ariel Zevon’s business plan is a kind of “think globally, eat locally” strategy that could make it easier for people in Barre to get food on their tables produced by farmers in their community.

She spoke with Mitch Wertlieb about the Local Agriculture Community Exchange Program.
