(Steve Delaney) Later today, Ari Fleischer will step up to the most photographed podium in the world and tell reporters what President George Bush is doing and thinking. The immediate audience is the 40 or 50 reporters that represent the major papers and broadcast centers. But the briefings are televised and so the message goes everywhere.

It’ll be different on Sunday. The presidential press secretary speaks at his alma mater, Middlebury College. Ari Fleischer, calss of ’82, welcome back to Vermont and to Morning Edition.
