(Host) The effects of the blizzard were even felt at the top levels of state government.

Governor Douglas was in Waterbury yesterday at the Emergency Management Control Center to monitor the effects of the blizzard.

After that he experienced an uneventful trip home to Middlebury, where the snow even got the best of him.

(Host) Douglas says he’s not sure how long it will take to get a replacement spring for his snow blower.
