Gov. Shumlin Urges Educators To Complete Survey

Gov. Peter Shumlin is urging educators to participate in a survey looking for ways to increase learning in the state’s schools.

That survey gives educators a chance to anonymously assess the teaching and learning conditions in their schools.

The survey by the New Teacher Center is supported by the governor’s office, the Agency of Education and the Vermont chapter of the National Education Association.

Educators have until April 19 to complete the online survey. The results will be shared with schools, administrators, educators and state education policy makers.

The survey can be found at tellvermont.org.
