New York Times Op-Ed columnist Gail Collins is out with her second book on the history of womens’ rights in America.

She’ll be discussing that history tomorrow at the University of Vermont. "When Everything Changed" begins in 1960 with the story of a secretary who went to a courthouse to run an errand for her boss. But the judge, as Collins recounts in the book, ordered the woman to get out of his court.
