The Vermont Agency of Transportation says all state highways that were damaged by flooding will reopen today.

That includes Route 5 in Barnet, which was washed out by flash floods last month, and Route 36 in St. Albans, which is scheduled to be open by noon. The agency says Route 14 in central Vermont will be open later this afternoon.

Some of the roads will be unpaved for now.
