Fish And Wildlife Names New Wildlife Director

The Vermont Department of Fish and Wildlife has a new wildlife director.

Mark Scott has worked at the Department for 28 years outreach division, where he managed educational programs.

In his new position, Scott will run the department’s Wildlife division, which includes more than 30 workers. He replaces acting director John Austin, who works in the department’s Barre office. Scott  joined the department in 1982 and has managed education programs and lead the Shooting Range Safety Review Team.
