American history buffs, let the debate begin. Tomorrow night at Middlebury’s Ilsley Public Library a presentation on the worst U.S. presidents of all time will take place.
VPR’s Mitch Wertlieb spoke about what makes a rotten president with the man who will deliver that talk tomorrow, and has done extensive research on what lands a president on the "worst of" list.
Dr. Mark Stoler is Professor Emeritus of History at the University of Vermont, and is delivering the heated topic as part of the Vermont Humanities Council’s First Wednesdays series.
