A Vermont man has died after an ATV crash in Fairfield. Vermont State Police say 60-year-old Charles Boylan died Wednesday.
Police responded to the call about an all terrain vehicle accident on West Road around 9:30 Wednesday morning.
Boylan, the operator of the ATV, was taken to Northwestern Medical Center in St. Albans, where he was pronounced dead.
Police say neither speed nor alcohol appear to be factors in the crash.
Police expect an autopsy will be performed in the next few days.
