A radio ad by Republican Greg Parke attacking Congressman Bernie Sanders has drawn an immediate condemnation from another Republican.
The radio ad refers to Sanders as “Crazy Bernie,” and alleges that Sanders associates with criminals and undesirables.
But as soon as Parke’s fellow Republican Lieutenant Governor Brian Dubie heard the ad, he issued a statement condemning it. Dubie says there is no room in this state for such negative and personal attacks.
A spokesman for Sanders says Greg Parke is a desperate man who has resorted to outrageous and vicious lies and personal attacks.
