Drug czar addresses New England governors

President Bush’s drug czar says one of the best ways to fight drug use among young people is to bring drug testing to local schools. John Walters, director of the Office of Drug Control Policy, made his comments today at an anti-drug summit in Boston attended by all six New England governors. Walters says New England, more than any other region in the country, has more people ages 12 and over dependent on illegal drugs.
