Two Northeast Kingdom Republicans have been sworn in as the newest members of the Vermont House. They replace one member who died and another who resigned.
Representative Sandra Grenier of Saint Johnsbury replaces David Clark who died last month.
And Representative Robert Lewis of Derby will replace Loren Shaw. Shaw resigned last month because of conflicts in his work schedule.
The new members bring the House Republican minority up to 49 out of the 150-member House.
