Demers won’t go to jail for Fletcher Allen conviction

A former senior vice president of Fletcher Allen Health Care in Burlington won’t be going to jail on his conviction of helping conceal the true cost of a multimillion dollar expansion project.

A federal judge today fined David Demers $25,000, ordered him to perform 200 hours of community service and placed him on probation for two years.
