Howard Dean is getting ready to make his endorsement of John Kerry official. The former Vermont governor, who ended his own Democratic presidential campaign last month, will gather with 34 members of Congress on Thursday to endorse the Massachusetts senator. The 34 members of Congress had previously endorsed Dean for president.
Messages on the Web site of Dean’s new organization “Democracy for America” indicate that not all of his supporters are enthusiastic about Dean’s plan to endorse Kerry.
