Dean sets high goals for September

Howard Dean’s campaign is expanding its much-touted Internet organizing. The campaign hopes to mobilize its 450,000 online supporters to canvass voters in Iowa and New Hampshire. Campaign manager Joe Trippi says that Dean is committed to raising more than $10 million by the end of the month.
