Dean picks up New York endorsement

Former Vermont Governor Howard Dean’s presidential candidacy has picked up the endorsement of the outspoken former chairwoman of New York’s Democratic Party. Judith Hope served as head of the New York party from 1995 to 2001 and remains active as one of its major fund-raisers. Hope called Dean, “one of the most capable people I’ve ever met.”
