Former Vermont Governor Howard Dean campaigned for the Democratic presidential nomination in New Hampshire Thursday.

Speaking at a retirement home in Concord, Dean criticized Senator John Kerry and Congressman Dick Gephardt over their positions on foreign policy. Dean says the two Democrats gave the Bush Administration what he called a “blank check” to go to war with Iraq.

Dean says Democrats won’t win the presidency if they keep nominating people who will say anything to get elected.
