(Host) In Iowa today, Vermont Governor Howard Dean said he’s virtually certain to seek the Democratic presidential nomination in the next election cycle. On previous visits, he has campaigned on behalf of local politicians. But today he dropped that pretense and sought backing for his possible presidential bid.
