The 23-year-old Lebanon, New Hampshire, man accused of killing a Vermont State Police trooper last June has pleaded innocent to second-degree murder charges. Eric Daley is accused of hitting Sergeant Michael Johnson with his car on Interstate 91 in Norwich. He faces several other charges related to the incident. If convicted, he could be sentenced to life in prison.
