During last year’s heated campaign season for state elections, we heard a lot about "transparency" and streamlining government. Much of that talk came from the candidates for Secretary of State.
Jim Condos won that election, and over the past eight months he’s been focused on public records access and transparency. He was also recently appointed co-chair of the Standing Committee on State Heritage at the National Association of Secretaries of State.
